HTD (Hire–Train–Deploy) is a structured model where candidates are hired first, trained next on project-specific skills, and then deployed into live projects. It is designed for job-ready individuals seeking a clear, reliable pathway into IT employment

Why Did We Introduce the Hire–Train–Deploy Program?

REALITY: Traditionally, candidates searching for IT jobs enroll in coaching institutes, pay hefty course fees, and spend months—sometimes years—learning multiple technologies. Despite this effort, there is no guarantee of a job even after course completion.--> As a result, candidates lose: - Valuable time - Significant money - Confidence and career momentum.


SOLUTION: With the Climentos HTD Program, candidates get the job first—no long waiting periods, no uncertainty. We decided to break the stereotypical job-searching model. Instead of asking candidates to learn first and hope for a job later, we chose to offer the job first, then provide the exact training required for the role

How Are We Able to Deploy Candidates After Hiring?

Communication Assessment
Candidates undergo a basic communication test.
Documentation & Offer Letter
After successful documentation, an offer letter with a CTC of ₹4.5 LPA is issued.
Project Training
Candidates receive hands-on training aligned with live projects
Stipend During the Training
A stipend of ₹10,000 per month is paid during the training period.

Deployment
After the successful completion of the training, candidates are deployed to projects.
Full Salary
