The traditional IT job search has long been uncertain. Candidates spend months learning multiple technologies, pay hefty course fees, and still struggle to land a job. This gap between learning and employment is exactly what the Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) model aims to fix. HTD is a career-focused hiring approach where candidates are hired first, trained on real project requirements, and then deployed into live projects. Unlike conventional training institutes, the HTD model removes uncertainty by offering employment before training even begins.
Under this approach, selected candidates receive project-specific training for a fixed period—usually around three months—guided by industry experts. The training is practical, hands-on, and aligned with real client requirements, not outdated theory. Once the training is completed, candidates are deployed directly into projects and begin earning a full salary.
